YES! It's finally finished!
Geez, this hat has been an on and off project for about a month now! UGH! I had so much to do and so little freetime. I still need to get that latest Chapter of TAIFTS out

Good lord I wish I had time to do nothing

Anyways! I hope you enjoy.
For those of you who have watched Ouran or possibly read the mangas (I've done both!

) You already understand the Hat
those who don't:
1) WATCH THE SHOW!
2) The twins in the show (Hikaru and Kauro) play a game with the ladies who come to the host club called "The Which One it Hikaru Game" and the young women must guess which of the two identical twins is Hikaru (They also played this game with Tamaki when they first met.)

Also, I apologize for the crappy quality. My camera won't turn on and I've been charging it for DAYS (it's busted) so I had to take the pictures with my phone -_-"
